Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Salary.io website and related marketing services (together, the "Site"), operated by Salary.io ("Salary.io", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Salary.io's global contractor payments platform, allows you to contact us, request information, and book product demos. Use of the Salary.io platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement between your company and Salary.io.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. In particular, you agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any related systems;
• introduce malware, scrape content at scale, or interfere with the Site's normal operation;
• use the Site to send spam, harass others, or submit false or misleading information;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and design — is owned by Salary.io or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as our scheduling provider). We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any information on the Site is complete or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salary.io and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
